Super P Force 160mg is used for the treatment of ED and premature ejaculation. It is a combination of Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg and Dapoxetine 60 mg. Sildenafil with Dapoxetine is a safe combination. The drugs are well balanced in a single pill of Super P-Force and will not lead to overdosing unlike taking two different drugs from different manufacturers.
Uses of Super P Force 160mg
- Erectile Dysfuntion: It is used for the treatment of impotence, where achieving and sustaining an erection is a problem while having sexual intercourse. However, it will work only if there is sexual stimulation.
- Premature Ejaculation: It is used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) in men 18 to 64 years old. Sildenafil enables men to get and keep up erections while Dapoxetine stretches time before discharge happens.
Directions for Use of Super P Force Tablets

Super P Force should be taken orally as per the doctor’s instructions.

Swallow the tablet whole without chewing.

It can be taken either with or without food.

It should be taken only once a day and at least 30 minutes before sexual activity for maximum effectiveness.

Major & minor side effects for Super P Force 160 mg
- dizziness
- headache
- symptoms of indigestion
- nasal problems (runny or stuffy nose)
- tenderness of skin
Dosage of Super P Force Tablets
- Overdose : Overdose symptoms include severe dizziness, fainting, painful/prolonged erection. In case of a suspected overdose or occurrence of severe symptoms, contact your doctor immediately.
- Missed a Dose: This medication is on an as-needed basis. So, it is unlikely that there will be any chance of missing a dose.
Warnings and Precautions
A patient must first consult a physician before using Super P-Force. The safety of using the drug must be determined prior to drug use, as it may depend on many factors including other health conditions, other medications and personal or family history.
You should not take this medicine if you have any of the following health conditions:
- Mild to moderate kidney problems
- Raised intraocular pressure or angle-closure glaucoma
- Blood disorders
- Heart and blood pressure problems
- Depression
- Epilepsy
- Injury or deformity of penis
Don’t take this medicine if you are already taking any of the following medications:
- Drugs that affect platelet function
- Alpha blockers and other antihypertensive drugs
- Barbiturates
- H2 antagonists
- Macrolide antibiotics
- Azole antifungals
Caution is advised when driving, operating hazardous machineries, and performing tasks requiring alertness as the drug may cause dizziness, drowsiness, fainting and vision changes.
Super P-Force and Alcohol
Alcohol consumption along with this salt may increase the risk of side effects such as headache, dizziness, drowsiness, and accidental injury due to syncope.
Super P-Force and Grapefruit
Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may increase levels of Sildenafil thus increase risk of side effects. Studies suggest grapefruit juice mildly affects absorption and clearance of Dapoxetine. Therefore combining grapefruit and grapefruit juice with this medicine is not recommended.
