    • However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
      • Expired Products: If you receive a product that is expired, you may be eligible for a refund.
      • Wrong Product Sent: If you receive the wrong product in your order, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
      • Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund for an eligible item, please contact us at within 2 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and details of the issue, including photos if applicable.
    • We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • In addition to medicines, certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:
      • Perishable goods
      • Personal care items
    • Refunds will not be issued for these items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  4. Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent).
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
